Pasquale Romano

President & CEO

As president and CEO, Pat Romano oversees all Company operations and relationships, ensuring that 2Wire products and services provide the maximum benefits to both consumers and partners. Prior to his appointment as president and CEO, Pat was vice president and general manager of the 2Wire gateway business unit. Before that, he served as the Company’s vice president of engineering and chief technology officer. Prior to co-founding 2Wire, Pat held several engineering and marketing director-level positions at Polycom, Inc. In 1989, Pat co-founded Fluent, Inc., a digital video networking company, and served as chief architect until the company was sold to Novell Corporation in 1993. Pat earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Harvard University, and received his master’s degree from the MIT Media Laboratory.

Roop Lakkaraju

Executive Vice President, Finance, & CFO

As chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance, Roop Lakkaraju oversees all 2Wire financial, governance, and administrative practices. Prior to joining 2Wire, Roop served most recently as interim chief financial officer at Solectron (acquired by Flextronics in 2007). Previously, he was responsible for Solectron’s global business finance organization and, prior to that, he was CFO of Solectron’s Technology Solutions Business Unit. Before joining Solectron, Roop was a principal at Safeguard Scientifics, a holding company that provides capital and strategic, operational, and management resources for growth-stage technology businesses. Roop was also a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Technology Practice of their Audit and Business Advisory Services Group. Roop is a certified public accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from San Jose State University, and currently serves as a board member of the San Jose State University Alumni Association.

Sean Parham

Executive Vice President & CMO

With 20 years of experience in broadband networking and telecommunications, chief marketing officer Sean Parham leads corporate marketing, strategic marketing, and product management for all 2Wire software, hardware, solutions, and services. Sean came to 2Wire from Motive, Inc., a provider of broadband management software systems, where he served as senior director of product management and marketing. Prior to joining Motive, he co-founded and served as vice president of products at Vabric, a provider of hardware and software sub-systems for wireless networking of consumer electronics. Prior to Vabric, Sean served as vice president of product management and marketing at General Bandwidth, and director of Motorola’s Internet Products Operation. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Jaime Fink

CTO

As chief technology officer, Jaime Fink is responsible for guiding the 2Wire technical vision, including overseeing the identification and pursuit of strategic technology opportunities, and representing 2Wire in industry standards development and implementation. Jaime has an exceptionally strong background in broadband networking and Internet technologies, having specified and managed the creation of numerous video telephony, voice telephony, and broadband Internet products and services over the past 14 years. Previously, as vice president of technology and strategy for 2Wire, Jaime defined the corporate product strategy for wireless home networking, voice over IP, and DSL markets. Prior to 2Wire, Jaime was head of product management at Zhone Technologies, and senior product manager at Polycom, Inc. Jaime holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of California at Irvine.

Brian Ahearn

Executive Vice President, Solutions & Services

With 20 years of senior management experience in telecom and high tech sales, professional services, and product development, Brian Ahearn leads the 2Wire professional services and account management organizations. Brian came to 2Wire from Avaya, where he led the global service provider sales force, focused on growing business and market share with major carriers like AT&T and Verizon. Prior to Avaya, he held several executive-level roles with providers of enterprise and telecommunications products. At Sun Microsystems, he was responsible for selling complex solutions to Sun's largest accounts and carrier clients. Prior to Sun, Brian served in a variety of leadership roles at Telecom New Zealand, including VP of strategic sales development, VP of online system and delivery, and VP of product development. Prior to that, he held the position of chief operating officer at VoiceLink Systems. Brian holds an MBA from Massey University and bachelor's degrees in computer science, mathematics, and psychology from Victoria University.

Martin Lynch

Executive Vice President, Operations

As executive vice president of operations, Martin Lynch oversees 2Wire manufacturing relationships, manufacturing product quality functions, procurement, product logistics and production test engineering. Prior to joining 2Wire, Martin served as chief operating officer at Cornice, Inc., where he led worldwide operational, engineering, and business logistics and manufacturing. Prior to Cornice, Martin had a successful career at Maxtor Corporation where he ultimately served as vice president of engineering for the Server Products Group. His earlier career positions include progressively higher engineering roles in companies such as Coulter Corporation, Laser Magnetic Storage International, Cipher Data Products and Digital Equipment Corporation. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Boston University.

Mike Talley

Executive Vice President & General Manager, Customer Care

Mike Talley is responsible for the ongoing growth, quality improvement, and financial performance of the 2Wire Customer Care business. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in operations and professional services management roles, with emphasis on customer relationship and contact center development. Prior to joining 2Wire, he served as executive vice president of worldwide operations for Syntellect Inc., where he was responsible for custom application development, integration and consulting services, business development, and operations. Previously, he served as vice president of professional services and vice president of operations at Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, and as vice president of customer support at Mitel. Mike has also performed various executive customer support and operations roles with ROLM and IBM Corporations, including vice president of operations. Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
